Nausea & vomiting 10-20 mg tid-qid up to a max of 80 mg daily. Symptomatic treatment of non-ulcer dyspepsiaAdult 10 mg tid, last dose to be taken at night. Migraine 20 mg 4 hrly, in combination w/ paracetamol. Max: 4 doses in 24 hr.
Chronic use or routine prophylaxis of post-op nausea & vomiting. Caution if given IV in patients predisposed to cardiac arrhythmia or hypokalemia. Pregnancy & lactation.
